This document outlines the terms under which you may use, share, and credit the images produced by Laine Alcantara, ensuring their integrity and protecting the Photographer’s creative rights.

Please read these terms carefully before using the images, as your compliance is essential for maintaining a mutually respectful and professional relationship.

1. Copyright Ownership All images produced by Laine Alcantara (“Photographer”) are protected by copyright law. The Photographer retains full ownership and copyrights of all images, including but not limited to digital files, prints, and any other reproductions.

2. Permitted Use Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for personal purposes only. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing images on personal social media accounts, printing for personal use, and displaying images in personal spaces.

3. Prohibited Use The following uses of the images are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Photographer:

• Commercial use, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

• Sale, resale, or distribution of the images in any form.

• Alteration or manipulation of the images beyond basic cropping or resizing for personal use.

• Use of images in any manner that could harm the reputation of the Photographer.

4. Attribution Requirement Proper credit must always be given when images are shared or displayed publicly, including but not limited to social media, blogs, or websites. Credit should include the Photographer’s name: Laine Alcantara or the social media handles: @iamlainealcantara & @portraitsireland, as applicable.

5. Social Media Credit Model When sharing images on social media, clients are required to use the following credit model:

• Include the phrase “📸: Portrait by @portraitsireland” in the caption.

• Tag the Photographer’s social media handles (@iamlainealcantara & @portraitsireland) in the post.

6. Actors’ Headshots and Portraits Publicity shots, including actors’ headshots and portraits, are intended for personal promotion, such as use in casting processes and portfolio displays. These images cannot be used for commercial purposes, such as the wide promotion of a movie or other large-scale projects, without prior written consent from the Photographer. Proper credit must be given in any publication or use, and authorisation from the Photographer must be obtained for any such purposes. Copyright fees might apply for permission to be granted.

7. Modifications and Derivative Works Clients may not create derivative works from the images or modify them in any way that alters the original intent or style, except for personal cropping or resizing for personal use.

8. Enforcement and Violations Any unauthorized use of the images constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. The Photographer reserves the right to seek damages, attorney fees, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
